Our Team

Brad Brasfield

Brad Brasfield,
MSPT, OCS, President and Clinical Director

Brad is a Licensed and Registered Physical Therapist dedicated to helping patients improve their physical functioning, their mental outlook after injury, and subsequently, their ability to enjoy all aspects of their lives. He has been the President and Clinical Director for Telegraph Road Physical Therapy since 2004.

Brad graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He was published twice for cancer research at Washington University Medical School and then attended Boston University where he received his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) degree. Brad obtained his board certification as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist in 2003 and is a certified Parkinson’s specialist through LSVT Big. When he’s not at the clinic, Brad is either spending time with his wife or coaching one of his three kids’ sports teams.

Kim Neff

Kim Neff,
PTA, Physical Therapy Assistant

Kim has been a licensed physical therapy assistant since 1999. She got her undergraduate degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Maryville University. She has been with our clinic since 2013. Kim has experience in many areas of Physical Therapy, but her passion is with orthopedic sports and pediatrics. Kim also works part-time as a professional photographer. She also coaches a dance team at Lutheran South High School.

Jeanna Picha

Jeanna Picha,
Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator/Director of Marketing

Jeanna took over the role of Office Manager/P.C.C./Director of Marketing in September of 2021. She played some collegiate soccer and graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a B.S. in Mass Communications and a minor in Spanish. In her free-time, Jeanna enjoys working out and spending time with her dog Pele.
